We cannot even believe it. We got a call on Thursday that our loan had been approved, looked at some houses on Friday, found one we really liked, put an extremely low offer on it on Saturday (all that we could afford) and found out today that they actually accepted it!!!!!! We are ecstatic!!! When our realtor called, it was too good to be true. We're going to be home-owners!!!
Anyway, just wanted to share the fun news!!! Praise the Lord. Now we just pray that everything goes well with inspection and stuff.
